Need help w/ what I should buy!

I'm buying a geforce 8600GT 512mb gfx card. I have 1.5gb of ram a 80gb sata hdd, and a 250gb hdd(external)
win XP sp2, the rest of the pc is a default gateway 3250s please check the specs on this pc, and then tell me what I should buy!

(want it to be gaming rig)

pentium 4? yikes. if you CAN upgrade it,(hopefully not needing a new mobo) it's gotta be that.
